I am a STEM education researcher, with a focus on Math, Math Education, STEM Teacher workforce issues, and STEAM (the active inclusion of the Arts in STEM subjects). I have been a High School Math teacher, Community College math instructor, 4 year private liberal arts Mathematics professor, and now I am working on a PhD. in Mathematics Education at the Claremont Graduate University.
