am a marine and freshwater biologist specializing in the study of bivalve populations (clams, scallops, mussels). I am also a scientific diving consultant, administrator, and trainer. I have also trained over 1200 recreational scuba divers. I am very interested in the proper training of divers of all kinds and in appropriate oversight of diving programs. I am also interested in water rescue, drowning prevention, and resuscitation of drowning victims. I live in Tallahassee, FL with my wife Janet (also a diving instructor and biologist).
