David A. Prater

David A. Prater is a law student at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. He is an Articles Editor on the Maryland Journal of International Law and is currently completing a David S. Brown Fellowship at the International Center for Transitional Justice in Cape Town, South Africa. His research interests include comparative constitutionalism in southern Africa, especially equality jurisprudence;and international criminal law. Other interests include hiking, cooking, and a quixotic seeking for comfortable and stylish dress shoes.
