This 23 year old woman is a product a beautiful small town called Matatiele. My survival, strength and growth over the past few years has been by nothing but GRACE upon Grace alone. Soon to become a doctor, im also slowly growing into a health freak- obsessed about nutrition, good food, good health and fitness, because when you eat good, you look good, and when you look good, you DO good! Moreover I love my El Shaddai by whom I am who I am today. I want to share all that I've learnt with you and I also want to learn- about God, about wellness and about glorious food. For me these are the things that are my drive through each day!
