Joy Plummer

I am a vegan personal chef. I've been vegan since 2011. I love to cook, and I make everything from scratch: breads, sweets of all kinds, sausage, cheese. Plus, I love to can: jams, fruit butters, pickled vegetables, mustard, harissa. I am undaunted by the prospect of cooking a new food I come across, and I see cooking as a great adventure!
