Logan Sugarman is an accomplished entrepreneur, investor, and builder, best known as the Founder and CEO of Refresh. This HR technology platform transforms how organizations engage and support their employees. With over two decades of experience across Wall Street, climate technology, and enterprise software, he has focused on developing ventures that combine data, logistics, and human behavior to drive meaningful and measurable results. Founded in 2007, Refresh is a customizable all-in-one SuperApp designed to bring together every tool, benefit, and communication system used by global workforces, with a focus on frontline and deskless employees. The platform personalizes each user’s experience based on role, employment type, and geography, ensuring access to relevant resources. In today’s corporate environment, companies often manage hundreds of tools, with HR teams frequently adding new ones—creating inefficiencies that cost over $100 billion in management time, deprive employees of $400 billion in value, and result in $50 billion in missed vendor revenue. Under his leadership, Refresh has become a trusted partner for Fortune 500 companies, major unions, and nonprofit organizations, offering over 3,000 integrations across HR, payroll, and learning systems. A graduate of Johns Hopkins University with degrees in Economics and Psychology, he has been a CFA Charter Holder since 2004.
