Why hello there! Welcome to my piece of the internet. My name is Kayla and I am 26 years old as of January 29. As you can see, or soon will see, I enjoy writing and taking A LOT of pictures! I am a vegan and am a FAN of nutrition. Most young adult girls you'll see in book stores are drawn to the fiction books on romance and such while you see me, deep in a nutrition or health book. I have a fascination with the human body and LOVE to workout! I'm a HUGE fan of running and enjoy running races(half marathons, 10ks, 5ks, and eventually, MAYBE a full marathon). I am a Seventh-Day Adventist and was born and raised one. I love God and before I partake in a race I ask Him to give me the strength and speed to get through and then give it all to Him.
