相川 康弘

The English version of my profile is below. 神奈川県出身 京都大学大学院 後期博士課程中退 カウンセリング修士/公認心理師 　東京都と三鷹市が共管する職業紹介所の所長を経て、宮城県石巻市の東日本大震災の被災者への就労支援事業に従事。その後、法務省の刑事施設にて受刑者の就労支援にも携わる。 　現在、ミッションキャリア心理事務所及び株式会社ミッションの代表を務めている。 　私は20代のころから起業支援と就労支援をしてきました。30年間で3000人以上の人たちの役割遂行に協力しています。キャリア支援の仕事をしながら、筑波大学の大学院(生涯発達専攻)に通い、カウンセリング修士号を取得。その後、京都大学大学院 後期博士過程(人間・環境学研究科)に進学して、社会構成主義とナラティブセラピーを学びました。 　心の専門家として産業カウンセラーと公認心理師の資格を取り使命の研究活動を長く続けています。 　仕事経験も豊富です。若いころから今までに従事した仕事の種類は100を超えました。これらの経験と知見から「出版健康法」を創造しました。 　Since my twenties, I have been involved in supporting entrepreneurship and employment. 　Over the past 30 years, I have helped more than 3,000 individuals fulfill their roles in society. 　While working in career support, I enrolled in the Graduate School of Comprehensive Human Sciences at the University of Tsukuba, where I earned a master’s degree in counseling. 　 I later entered the doctoral program at Kyoto University’s Graduate School of Human and Environmental Studies, where I studied social constructionism and narrative therapy. 　As a mental health professional, I hold certifications as both a Certified Industrial Counselor and a Licensed Psychologist (Kounin Shinrishi). 　 I have long continued my research on life mission and purpose. 　My work experience is also extensive—I’ve held more than 100 different jobs since my youth. Drawing on this diverse experience and knowledge, I created the concept of “Publishing Health Method.”
