After many years of being overweight, I am trying to do something about it. I'm not a big social media user - I can't bring myself to use Twitter yet, seems too much like boasting - however if there are overweight people who find some of my posts useful, I'll be happy. I will need to join Twitter, if only to follow others. Grrr.
