Associate Dean for FAU's College of Engineering, Water/Sewer Engineer, former City Manager, former utility director, consultant, educator. I have over 30 years (that can't be true can it?) working in the municipal water, sewer and infrastructure management field. I have always strived to bring innovative solutions to everyday issues that arise in the industry. I currently teach and research at Florida Atlantic University. I also do consulting with municipal governments. I have been very involved in organizations like the American Water Works Association, the FLorida Section of AWWA, and the American Society of CIvil Engineers.
