I'm an Oklahoma girl...which isn't so interesting. I grew up on a ranch, mostly by myself since my sister was 6 years older. I had a lot of time to develop my imagination and started writing at the age of 10. I kept my stories in a 3 ring binder that was, in the 8th grade, borrowed by a fellow student and not returned to me until I was a junior in high school. I think everyone had read it. I was a loner, the invisible child, in school. After graduation, I joined the US Air Force for a chance to go to college, which I had always wanted to do. I served four years, after which, I went home and started college classes while working at a local restaurant. I got married, moved to England where I attended some classes at Oxford, returned home and started college full time. Three years after, I had my dipoloma. I love to write. I design and make wedding dresses. I love music. I always wanted to be a dancer, but messed up my right ankle in ballet class in college. I still love to dance. I love animals, especially cats. I am very family oriented. I love God intensely, and I love my country fiercely. I wasn't blessesd to bare children. My husband died in 2005 from cancer, and I live with my mother in a small town just outside of Tulsa, Oklahoma. What I want more than anything is to see my books begin to sell and be visible. My greatest dream is to see some of them become movies.
